Right now, we deliver within Amman, Jordan only. We're working on expanding our delivery service to cover all of Jordan soon, and we can't wait to share that with you.
Orders are usually delivered within 2 to 3 business days inside Amman. If there are any unexpected delays, we'll always keep you updated.

Exchanges
Yes. If you've ordered the wrong size or received an item that's damaged, faulty, or not quite right, we'll happily help you exchange it.
While we don't offer refunds, we always want you to end up with a piece you love. Simply contact us through our Contact page and we'll guide you through the process.

Jewelry
Every STACC piece is crafted from stainless steel and finished with 18K gold plating. It's designed to be durable, comfortable, and made for everyday wear.
Yes. Our jewelry is made to keep up with everyday life. You can shower, swim, wash your hands, work out, and go about your day without worrying about fading.
It also resists exposure to soap, perfume, lotions, and sweat. We only recommend avoiding harsh chemicals like bleach or strong cleaning products.
Our jewelry is designed for everyday wear. Thanks to its stainless steel base and 18K gold plating, each piece is made to maintain its color for years.
With normal wear and proper care, most pieces keep their finish for around 2 to 3 years or even longer. Store jewelry in its pouch when not in use and avoid harsh chemicals to maximize longevity.
Every STACC order comes with a travel and storage pouch plus a cleaning cloth.
- Store jewelry inside the pouch when you're not wearing it.
- Use the cleaning cloth occasionally.
- If needed, wash gently using mild soap and water, then dry completely before storing.
No. Our stainless steel jewelry naturally resists tarnishing and rust. It also won't leave green marks on your skin under normal everyday wear.
